Trip hazards are defined by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) as a vertical change of ¼” or more at a joint or crack. Trip hazards that are not repaired may expose the property owner to costly lawsuits.
The cost of concrete grinding is calculated based on the number of locations and linear feet that require repair. Should a property need repair, NWCG will send out an estimator who will survey the location and provide a free estimate.
